Shipping policy
Knock, US Official Store is a dedicated website for our US customers, and all orders placed on this website ship domestically to addresses within the contiguous United States. No customs duties or import taxes will be charged to the customer.
*We do not offer shipping to:
- Alaska and Hawaii
- U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands)
- Freely Associated States (Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Palau)
- Armed Forces addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping within the US is free on all orders of $70 and more, excluding tax, and after discounts are applied. Standard shipping fees will be displayed at checkout for orders under $70.
Standard shipping is a flat rate of $8.99 for all orders up until $69.99.
To change your shipping address or cancel order
If your order has already been paid and you wish to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately and include your order number for faster processing. Unfortunately, once your order has been processed by our warehouse, we cannot change your shipping address or modify the order. Please ensure that your shipping information is correct during checkout.
Please make sure to provide accurate shipping information. We will not be held liable for any failed delivery due to incorrect delivery information provided during checkout.
However, once your order leaves our warehouse, it is under the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Please contact your carrier for any issues with tracking, delivery, or delays.
What is the ETA for my order?
Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email. Most orders are shipped within 2-6 business days after the order has been placed excluding holidays and weekends.
Delivery times may take a longer time to arrive depending on your location.
My Package status is 'DELIVERED' but I have not received it!
Packages may be marked as "delivered" by the carrier before they physically arrive at your home. Even if your tracking status shows "delivered," your package may still arrive within 24 hours.
If it has been more than 24 hours since your package was marked as "delivered" and you have not received it, please contact your local carrier with track number.
