As we operate in a different time zone, it may take a little time to coordinate with local delivery providers. In the meantime, we strongly recommend that you also reach out to your local delivery service (DHL eCommerce Support)
Return Eligibility & Restrictions
- Damages or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of purchase. Please add detailed pictures of the damaged or incorrect product. We will evaluate the issue and assist you.
- Change of Mind: Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, even if the item is unopened and unused.
- Allergic Reactions: We do not offer refunds or returns for allergic reactions caused by our products.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Knock, US is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" but not received. Please contact your local carrier directly, as we cannot offer refunds or replacements under these circumstances.
Undeliverable & Incorrect Address
Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the package is marked as "Undeliverable," the original shipping fee is strictly non-refundable.
Refund Amount: For these returns, a refund will be issued only for the product cost, provided the items return to our facility in their original condition.
Processing & Timeline
Refund Method: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Bank Processing: Please note that financial institutions may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
